BRENTWOOD, NEW HAMPSHIRE – August 11, 2016 – Earlier this spring the production assets of MTI Polyexe, Inc. located in Brentwood, New Hampshire, were acquired by Livingston, New Jersey-based plastics manufacturer Inteplast Group. The company (formerly named Polyexe Corporation and Multi Technologies Industrial, LLC) makes release films that protect self-adhesive tapes and membranes for roofing, construction, plus commercial and residential products. They also have a line of patented anti-skid specialty films.
During the past three months, Mike Sullivan, MTI Polyexe’s vice president of sales and marketing, has become excited about what is in store for the company. “This is really a turning point for us. The positive culture and staff at MTI Polyexe will continue to be accessible, responsive, and easy to work with. We also look forward to entering new markets,” says Sullivan, who added that there are plans for expansion of the 33,000-square-foot plant in Brentwood.
Founded in 1994, MTI Polyexe is the only U.S.-owned vertically integrated film release manufacturer. When business first began, MTI Polyexe was a supplier of release liners for a manufacturer that specialized in ice and water protection for roofs. The company now makes more than 40 unique products.
